Service Agreement. Refers to the Contract, Purchase Order or Terms of Service or Terms of Use. Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to,
Service Agreement. The Trustees may in their discretion from time to time enter into service agreements with respect to one or more Series or Classes of Shares whereby the other parties to such Service Agreements will provide administration and/or support services pursuant to administration plans and service plans, and all upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees in their discretion may determine.
Service Agreement. Services provided under this Contract shall be in accordance with the Service Agreement as set forth in Appendix E of this Contract. No changes to the Service Agreement terms and conditions may be made unless previously agreed to by Vendor and DIR.
Service Agreement. (a) A Service Agreement will be formed when these Funding and Service Details have been signed by both parties.
(b) These Funding and Service Details must be read together with the Standard Terms*.
Service Agreement. The initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff.
Service Agreement. The following detailed service parameters are the responsibility of the Service Provider in the ongoing support of this Agreement.

Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, birthdate, home or other physical address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing physical or online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, individual purchasing behavior or preferences, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information, text messages, documents, student identifiers, search activity, photos, voice recordings, geolocation information, parents’ names, or any other information or identification number that would provide information about a specific student. Student Data includes Meta Data. Student Data further includes “Personally Identifiable Information (PII),” as defined in 34 C.F.R. § 99.3 and as defined under any applicable state law. Student Data shall constitute Education Records for the purposes of this DPA, and for the purposes of federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or De-Identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.
Service Agreement. The following are the terms of the service agreement between the District and (the “Customer”).
a. The District will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as Customer and/or the premises are connected to the District’s water system.
b. Customer shall allow his/her property to be inspected for possible cross- connections and other unacceptable plumbing practices. These inspections shall be conducted by the District or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other unacceptable plumbing practices exist; or any major changes to the private plumbing facilities. These inspections shall be conducted during the District’s normal business hours.
c. The District shall notify Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other unacceptable plumbing practice which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection.
d. Customer shall immediately correct any unacceptable plumbing practice on his/her premises.
e. Customer shall, at his/her expense, properly install, test and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the District. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the District.
Service Agreement. The following are the terms of the service agreement between Gum Creek Water Supply (the Water System) and (the Member).
A. The Water System will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as the Customer and/or the premise is connected to the Water System.
B. The Customer shall allow his property to be inspected for possible cross-connections and other potential contamination hazards. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s normal business hours.
C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection.
D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises.
E. The Customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water System.
