AGREEMENTS AND DECLARATIONS. 12. 1 Any person who is not the Tenant and who makes payments to the Landlord due from the Tenant under the terms of this Agreement does so as agent for the Tenant. 12. 2 Ownership of any of the Tenant’s fixtures and fittings and effects left in the Room and/or Flat and or Building at the end of the Tenancy (howsoever determined) and not cleared within 7 days thereafter shall immediately pass to the Landlord or Management Company who shall be entitled (though not bound) to sell or dispose of the same for its own benefit.
