Agreements regarding Low Ground Disturbance Activity. (a) The discussions between the Corporation and the Government Proponent to confirm the extent of Low Ground Disturbance Activity, and whether a Survey is required of such Activity, will be guided by: (i) the definition of Low Ground Disturbance Activity in this GSHA; and (ii) the provisions of clause 8.3(e). (b) If the Corporation considers that a Survey for any Low Ground Disturbance Activity is required, then the Corporation and the Government Proponent will each use their reasonable endeavours to address the concerns of the Corporation by modifying the proposed Low Ground Disturbance Activity to the extent necessary to remove the need to conduct a Survey.
