Ministers may act through authorised officers. Where in this Agreement including any schedule reference is made to a Minister of the State, and the relevant Minister may, or is required to, give any notice or do any other act or thing, that notice may be given and that other act or other thing may be done by a duly authorised officer of the relevant Department in the name of and on behalf of the relevant Minister.
