Agreements to Effectuate Approved EOPs. 6.1.1 In the absence of other arrangements that ColumbiaGrid determines will effectuate any EOP, ColumbiaGrid shall develop a form of Facilities Agreement for such EOP, which shall be substantially in the form of Appendix B and which shall include the following from the specification of such EOP in the Plan:
