Agreements with Collaborators. All agreements between RECIPIENT and a Collaborator, or a third party participating in the development of the Project Results, relating to or affecting joint ownership of any Project Result shall recognize the licenses, interests and other rights provided to the INSTITUTE in the Contract. RECIPIENT shall provide to the INSTITUTE a copy of each such agreement affecting joint ownership of any Project Result.
