Agreements with Connected Persons etc. 6.4.1 There is no indebtedness (actual or contingent) nor any indemnity, guarantee or security arrangement between the Company and any current or former employee, current or former director or any person connected with any of such persons. 6.4.2 There are no existing contracts, arrangements or understandings whether legally binding or not between, on the one hand, the Company and, on the other hand, the Sellers or any person connected with the Sellers. 6.4.3 The Company has not been a party to any contract, arrangement or understanding with any current or former employee or current or former director of the Company or any person connected with any of such persons, or in which any such person is interested (whether directly or indirectly).
