Agreements with Third Parties. Each member of the VL Group is in compliance in all material respects with each and every one of its obligations under agreements with third parties to which it is a party or by which it is bound, the breach of which could be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.
Agreements with Third Parties. Contractor shall enter into an agreement with any agent, subcontractor or representative that will have access to PHI to be bound by the same restrictions and conditions that apply to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement with respect to PHI.
Agreements with Third Parties. Data Recipient agrees to ensure that any agents, including any subcontractors, will be bound to the same restrictions and conditions that apply to Data Recipient.

Crown shall obtain agreement with any agent or subcontractor that will have access to PHI that is received from, or created or received by Crown on behalf of Constar, to be bound by the same restrictions, terms, and conditions that apply to Crown pursuant to this Section 4.9 with respect to such PHI.
Agreements with Third Parties cause the Company to enter into contracts with third parties for the making of investments by or the provision of services to the Company, including contracts pursuant to which the Company may be required to indemnify such third parties for certain losses and expenses incurred by such third parties in connection with making of investments by or the providing services to the Company;
Agreements with Third Parties a. The Agency shall ensure that any agreements that it enters into with third parties are consistent with the Applicable Government Directives and the Agency’s objects.
Agreements with Third Parties. Business Associate understands and agrees that any agent or subcontractor that may create, receive, maintain or transmit PHI on behalf of Business Associate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as are applicable to Covered Entity in regard to PHI. Business Associate shall enter into a written agreement with any agent or subcontractor of Business Associate that will create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on behalf of Business Associate. Pursuant to such agreement, the agent or subcontractor shall agree to be bound by the same restrictions, terms, and conditions that apply to Business Associate under this Addendum with respect to such PHI. Such agreements with Business Associates agents and subcontractors shall be provided to Covered Entity upon request and subject to audit hereunder.
Agreements with Third Parties. Employee acknowledges that the Company from time to time may have agreements with other persons which impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding Inventions or Works made during the course of work under such agreements or regarding the confidential nature of such work. Employee agrees to be bound by all such obligations or restrictions and to take all action necessary to discharge the obligations of the Company thereunder.
Agreements with Third Parties. Vendor shall ensure that any agent or subcontractor of Vendor to whom Vendor provides Protected Health Information that is received from CIGNA, or created or received by Vendor on behalf of CIGNA, agrees to be bound by the same restrictions and conditions that apply to Vendor pursuant to this Agreement with respect to such Protected Health Information. Vendor warrants and represents that in the event of a disclosure of Protected Health Information to any third party, Vendor will make reasonable efforts to limit the information disclosed to the minimum that is necessary to accomplish the intended purpose of the disclosure. Vendor shall ensure that any agent or subcontractor of Vendor to whom Vendor provides Electronic Protected Health Information agrees to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect such information.
