Common use of Agreements with Residents Clause in Contracts

Agreements with Residents. Notwithstanding Section 18.1, Tenant may enter into an occupancy agreement with residents of the Leased Property without the prior written consent of Landlord provided that [i] the agreement does not provide for lifecare services; [ii] Tenant may not collect rent for more than one month in advance; and [iii] all residents of the Leased Property are accurately shown in Tenant's accounting records.

Agreements with Residents. Notwithstanding Section 18.1, Tenant may enter into an occupancy agreement with residents of the Leased Property without the prior written consent of Landlord provided that [i] the agreement does not provide for lifecare servicesservices (a single payment to provide services for the remainder of occupants life); [ii] Tenant may not collect rent for more than one month in advanceadvance except that Tenant may collect security deposits in an amount that does not exceed two months rent; and [iii] all residents of the Leased Property are accurately shown in Tenant's accounting records.

Notwithstanding Section 18.114.01, Tenant may enter into an occupancy agreement with residents of the Leased Property without the prior written consent of Landlord provided that [(i] ) the agreement does not provide for lifecare services; [(ii] ) Tenant may not collect rent for more than one month in advance; and [(iii] ) all residents of the Leased Property are accurately shown in Tenant's accounting records.
