Common use of Agreements with Technology Partners Clause in Contracts

Agreements with Technology Partners. Each HIE Participant has valid and enforceable agreements with each of its technology partners, including HSPs, that require the technology partner to, at a minimum, (i) comply with Applicable Law; and (ii) cooperate with the other Participants to this Agreement in the implementation, testing and demonstration of the NHIN Interface Specifications.
