Air Conditioning Allowance Clause Samples
An Air Conditioning Allowance clause specifies the financial or operational provisions related to the installation, maintenance, or use of air conditioning systems within a leased property. Typically, this clause outlines whether the landlord or tenant is responsible for costs associated with air conditioning, such as repairs, upgrades, or utility expenses, and may set a fixed allowance or reimbursement limit. Its core function is to clearly allocate responsibility and costs for air conditioning, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations regarding climate control in the premises.
