Entitlements. Every employee
(a) who,
(i) becomes the parent of a child, or
(ii) assumes actual care and custody of a newborn child or adopts a child under the law of a province; and
(b) who has completed seven (7) consecutive months of employment; and
(c) who submits to the Employer an application in writing for parental leave where possible at least four (4) weeks before the day specified in the application as the day on which the employee intends to commence the leave; is entitled to, and shall be granted parental leave, consisting of a continuous period of up to thirty-seven (37) weeks.
Entitlements. Every employee
(a) who,
(i) becomes the natural parent of a child or assumes actual care and custody of their newborn child, or,
(ii) adopts a child under the law of a province; and
(b) who has completed their probationary period or seven (7) consecutive months of employment, whichever comes first; and
(c) who submits to the Co-operative an application in writing for parental leave where possible at least four (4) weeks before the day specified in the application as the day on which the employee intends to commence the leave; is entitled to, and shall be granted parental leave, consisting of a continuous period of up to sixty-three (63) weeks.
Entitlements. Every employee who has been in the employ of the Company for seven (7) months and
(a) who,
i) in the case of a female employee, becomes the natural mother of a child,
ii) in the case of a male employee, becomes the natural father of a child or assumes actual care and custody of his newborn child, or
iii) adopts a child under the law of a province; and
(b) who submits to the Company an application in writing for parental leave where possible at least four (4) weeks before the day specified in the application as the day on which the employee intends to commence the leave; is entitled to and shall be granted parental leave, consisting of a continuous period of up to (or whatever the current legislation provides for)
Entitlements. Every employee,
(a) who,
(i) becomes the natural parent of a child or assumes actual care and custody of a newborn child, or
(ii) adopts a child under the law of the province; and
(b) who submits to the Employer an application in writing for parental leave where possible at least four (4) weeks before the day specified in the application as the day on which the employee intends to commence the leave;
(c) is entitled to, and shall be granted, parental leave consisting of a continuous period of up to sixty-three (63) weeks.
Entitlements. (a) Deed Company Creditors that are Admitted Group Creditors shall be dealt with for all purposes in accordance with clauses 8 (Entitlements), 9 (Distributions of entitlements), 10 (Assignments or transfers) 11 (Litigation Undertaking) and 12 (Post-Restructuring Litigation Recoveries) of the LTD DOCA and any related provisions of that DOCA notwithstanding that those claims are against the Deed Company, not LTD (including, for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, clauses 9.7 (Postponement of Holdback Claims) and 9.11 (Expiry of DOCA Creditor Entitlements) of the LTD DOCA).
(b) AFF Financiers shall be dealt with for all purposes in accordance with clauses 8.4 (Calculation of AFF Reorganisation Entitlements) and 9.8 (Distribution of AFF Reorganisation Entitlements) of the LTD DOCA and any related provisions of that DOCA, even if the relevant AFF Rolled Up Election related to a claim against the Deed Company, not LTD.
Entitlements. No Participating TO shall sell, assign, release, or transfer any Entitlements that have been placed under the CAISO’s Operational Control without the CAISO's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, provided that such written consent is not required for such release or transfer to another Participating TO who is not in any material respect in breach of its obligations under this Agreement and who has not given notice of its intention to withdraw from this Agreement.
Entitlements. The Design-Builder shall prepare such materials and make such presentations as are necessary to obtain the required land use and entitlement approvals. Approvals may be required from (i) the Office of Zoning, (ii) OP, and (iii) the CFA. Given the nature of the work, it is not envisioned that such approvals will require extensive hearings or submissions.
Entitlements. (a) Full-time, part-time and fixed-term general employees, covered by this Agreement shall, at the end of each year of employment, be entitled to annual leave with pay as set out in this clause.
(b) The accrual rate of annual leave for full-time employees will be one hundred and fifty- two (152) hours per annum (i.e. four (4) weeks annual leave per annum on a thirty-eight

Entitlements. The terms of this Agreement apply to part-time Employees (except where a clause explicitly states that it does not apply to part-time Employees), on the basis that the ordinary weekly hours for full-time Employees are 38, including:
(a) payment at an hourly rate equal to 1/38th of the weekly rate appropriate for the Employee’s classification;
(b) accrued paid leave, Family Violence Leave and Professional Development Leave on a pro rata basis, including on any additional ordinary hours.
