Common use of Air Conditioning/Climate Control Systems Clause in Contracts

Air Conditioning/Climate Control Systems. Each vehicle that is required to have an Air Conditioning/Climate Control System must be equipped with an air conditioning system with sufficient power-train, electrical, and engine cooling support systems to maintain comfortable conditions throughout the entire interior of the vehicle during any warm weather periods at ambient temperatures not higher nor lower than necessary to meet the medical and comfort needs of each passenger.
