Air Navigation Services. 1. Each Contracting State shall ensure that the FAB CE services are provided in its applicable airspace. 2. Unless otherwise expressly provided therein, nothing in this Agreement or the measures adopted hereunder shall be deemed to limit the capacity of ANSPs providing FAB CE services to cooperate.
