Common use of Air Pollution Clause in Contracts

Air Pollution. No facilities or equipment shall be acquired, constructed, or improved as a part of the Project unless the Grantee obtains satisfactory assurances that they are (or will be) deigned and equipped to limit air pollution as provided in accordance with EPA regulations, applicable federally-approved State Implementation Plan(s), appropriate FTA directives and all other applicable standards.
