Facility Maintenance. (a) The building shall be main- tained in good repair and free of hazards such as cracks in floors, walls or ceilings; warped or loose boards; warped, broken, loose or cracked floor covering such as tile or linoleum; loose handrails or railings; and loose or broken window panes. (b) All electrical, mechanical, water supply, fire protection and sewage disposal systems shall be maintained in a safe and func- tioning condition. (c) All plumbing fixtures shall be in good repair, properly functioning and satisfactorily provided with protection to prevent contamination from entering the water supply piping. (d) Rooms shall be kept clean, well−ventilated and tidy. (e) All furniture and furnishings shall be kept clean and main- tained in good repair. (f) Storage areas shall be maintained in a safe, dry and orderly condition. Attics and basements shall be free of accumulation of garbage, refuse, soiled laundry, discarded furniture, old newspa- pers, boxes, discarded equipment and similar items. (g) Abrasive strips or non−skid surfaces to reduce or prevent slipping shall be used where slippery surfaces present a hazard. (h) The grounds, yards, and sidewalks shall be maintained in a neat, orderly and safe condition.

Facility Maintenance. Seller shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on the Facilities in order to meet the Warranty Specifications and Performance Standards. In that regard, Seller’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) subject to Section 5.7(b), repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of repair or replacement.
Facility Maintenance. Operator shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on each Facility in order to meet the Warranty Specifications. In that regard, Operator’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of replacement.
Facility Maintenance. Seller shall be permitted to reduce deliveries of Product during any period of scheduled maintenance on the Facility previously agreed to between Buyer and Seller, provided that, between June 1st and September 30th, Seller shall not schedule non-emergency maintenance that reduces the Energy generation of the Facility by more than ten percent (10%), unless (i) such outage is required to avoid damage to the Facility, (ii) such maintenance is necessary to maintain equipment warranties and cannot be scheduled outside the period of June 1st to September 30th, (iii) such outage for inspection, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, or in accordance with Prudent Industry Practices, or (iv) the Parties agree otherwise in writing (each of the foregoing, a “Planned Outage”).
Facility Maintenance. The Government will provide facility maintenance and repair in accordance with installation and Directorate of Public Works (DPW) regulations, policies, and procedures. Government provided facilities and contractor operations, therein, shall be subject to periodic safety, fire, or quality inspections to insure compliance with established procedures and regulations. The contractor shall not add to or modify any Government facility without the written approval of the DPW and Contracting Officer or COR.
Facility Maintenance. 1. Assist residents with submitting work orders for all maintenance/furniture/housekeeping needs in area. 2. Complete work orders for any facilities concerns in common areas and communicate with the area supervisor that those work orders have been submitted. 3. Apprise supervisor of damage to university property including fire equipment, alarm systems, common areas and bathrooms. 4. Assist in preparation of halls for student occupancy by supervising student signatures on room condition reports, coordinate initial distribution of keys, update student rosters and notify supervisor of withdrawals, unauthorized occupancies and no-shows. 5. Conduct health and safety inspections as directed, generally twice a semester. 6. Help students facilitate approved room changes by properly checking them in or out of their rooms through RCRs and key cards. 7. Assist students when locked out of their rooms and follow appropriate documentation procedures. 8. Distribute break and closing information by the deadlines set forth by Office of Residence Life. Conduct floor meetings prior to each break to share pertinent information and answer questions. 9. Be available for hall openings and closings to assist with check-in and check-out procedures. 10. Participate in planned fire drills.

Seller agrees to respond in a timely manner to any Facility outage or other casualty that materially reduces power output or materially impairs the capability of the Battery Solution to load shift, peak shave or run (with the Bloom System) in islanded mode, by (A) promptly diagnosing the source of such issue and, (B) if on-Site Facility Services are required, using its best efforts to (1) dispatch field service personnel to the Site within six (6) hours of Seller’s Knowledge that such on-Site Facility Services are required, and (2) cause its field service personnel to arrive at the applicable Site in order to commence repair services at the applicable Facility no later than the next Business Day. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, Seller shall in any event comply with any and all response time(s) and/or corrective activity(ies) required by the applicable PPA(s).

To the extent notice is not already required under the terms hereof, Seller shall notify Buyer as soon as practicable of any extensions to scheduled maintenance and expected end dates thereof. Seller shall not replace existing batteries unless for critical maintenance purposes or increase the capacity of the Storage Facility without the prior consent of Buyer; provided, however, that Seller may also add or replace batteries in order to maintain the Storage Contract Capacity available to Buyer at the Interconnection Point.
