Aircraft Deicing Sample Clauses
The Aircraft Deicing clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to the removal of ice, snow, or frost from aircraft surfaces to ensure safe operation. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for arranging and paying for deicing services, the conditions under which deicing must occur, and any required compliance with safety regulations or airport protocols. Aircraft Deicing. The Contractor shall account for storage, application, and collection of aircraft deicing fluid to prevent discharge to the stormwater conveyance system. The Contractor must comply with applicable federal, state and local environmental and FAA regulations.
Aircraft Deicing. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local environmental and FAA regulations and the deicing procedures established by the Airports Authority in Orders & Instructions No. IAD 5-2-2D, as amended from time to time, or any superseding regulations. For the purposes of IAD 5-2-2 and defined therein, the Premises is defined as “North FBO Operations” in the procedures.
Aircraft Deicing. Mesaba shall only de-ice its aircraft in areas of the Airport specifically designated by MAC pursuant to field rule entitled: Aircraft Deicing, dated July 21, 1999, attached as Exhibit E, as such may be amended from time to time. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that it is aware of and has read and will comply with the Field Rule. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for being aware of and complying with all current field rules and any revisions as they may occur from time to time whether or not this Agreement is amended to incorporate the revised field rule.
Aircraft Deicing. The Contractor shall comply with deicing procedures established by the Authority in Orders & Instructions No. IAD 5-2-2D or any superseding regulations. Contractor may conduct deicing, including frost, on its Premises only after notifying the Authority and its Glycol Recovery Contractor. Contractor may not commence fluid application until its drains have been plugged, and a Glycol Recovery Vehicle is onsite. The use of ethylene glycol and urea is prohibited at the Airport.
