Common use of Aircraft Lease Documents Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Lease Documents. Each of the lease agreements, lease addenda, side letters, assignments of warranties, option agreements or similar agreements (not including non-binding term sheets or letters of intent) to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a party (collectively, the “Aircraft Lease Documents”), is in full force and effect, except in each case as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and, to the knowledge of the Company, no event of default (as so defined) has occurred and is continuing under any Aircraft Lease Document, except for such events of default as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
