Aircraft Not Owned for Planned Period. If Airline sells or otherwise fails to own (other than for sale-leaseback or any other financing purposes) *****any Aircraft for which CFM paid allowances hereunder, then the allowances earned and/or paid on such sold or non-Airline owned Aircraft will be proportionately reduced.
