Aircraft Parts. Schedule 6.28 sets forth each location as of the Effective Date (and as updated in connection with delivery of the Compliance Certificate under Section 7.02(c)) within the United States in which Aircraft Parts with a value in excess of $100,000 is located (together with the name of each owner of the property located at such address and, if not the applicable Loan Party, a summary description of the relationship between the applicable Loan Party and such Person and the maximum approximate book or market value of the Aircraft Parts held or to be held at such location).

Aircraft Parts. All parts or materials for use on an aircraft which are provided for under a Purchase Order must be accompanied by a Signed, Serialised Certificate(s) of Conformance, Inspection or Airworthiness. If alternate parts are supplied, the certificate must be endorsed to the effect that they supersede or are completely interchangeable with the parts ordered. Compliance shall be in accordance with CAANZ Parts 19/21/43 AC 00-1, FAR21, FAA Advisory Circular AC21-2D or EASA AMC 145.A.50. All Chemical, Fluid, or similar products supplied must have the manufacturer's original label(s) attached to the container/s. Where product containers are over- labelled by a distributor, a statement of the content of the original label/s and the reason for the overlay must be included. A statement of conformance to the original manufacturer's label specifications must be also supplied for items decanted from bulk containers.
Aircraft Parts. All Goods provided by TAE for use on an aircraft shall be accompanied by any appropriate release documentation required by the applicable airworthiness authority. If alternate Goods are supplied to those specified in the TAE Quotation, the documentation provided by TAE shall be endorsed to the effect that such Goods supersede or are completely interchangeable with the Goods ordered.

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Replacement Parts Replacement parts for goods purchased by Buyer are for the purpose of this Section defined as “Parts” (and are also considered “goods” under this Order). Unless specified otherwise by Buyer in writing, Supplier shall provide Parts (or upon Buyer’s written consent, an alternative replacement part that provides the same form, fit and function as the Part(s)) for a period of twenty (20) years after production of the goods (into which the applicable Parts are incorporated) ceases. Supplier shall continue to supply such Parts past the twenty (20) year period if Buyer orders at least twenty (20) Parts per year during such twenty-year period. The prices for any Parts purchased in the first two (2) years of the twenty-year period shall not exceed those prices in effect at the time production of the goods ceases, and no set up charges shall be permitted by Supplier or paid by Xxxxx during this two-year period. Thereafter, the prices for Parts shall be negotiated based on Supplier’s actual cost of production of such Parts plus any special packaging costs. No minimum order requirements shall apply unless the parties mutually agree in advance. After the end of the twenty-year period, Supplier shall continue to maintain in good working condition all Supplier-owned tooling required to produce the Parts and shall not dispose of such tooling without offering Buyer the right of first refusal to purchase such tooling.
