Aircraft Parts Sample Clauses

The 'Aircraft Parts' clause defines the terms and conditions related to the supply, ownership, and handling of parts used in an aircraft. It typically specifies which parts are included, their condition (such as new, overhauled, or serviceable), and the responsibilities for maintenance, replacement, or return of these parts during the contract period. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on the standards and obligations regarding aircraft components, thereby minimizing disputes over part quality, ownership, or liability during and after the contract.
