Schedule 6.28 sets forth each location as of the Effective Date (and as updated in connection with delivery of the Compliance Certificate under Section 7.02(c)) within the United States in which Aircraft Parts with a value in excess of $100,000 is located (together with the name of each owner of the property located at such address and, if not the applicable Loan Party, a summary description of the relationship between the applicable Loan Party and such Person and the maximum approximate book or market value of the Aircraft Parts held or to be held at such location).
