AIRCRAFT PRICE; MANUFACTURER'S INVOICE. (a) The principal amount of the Loan shall not exceed the amount permitted by Section 2.1 of the Funding Agreement. (b) The Lender shall have received a copy (certified as to accuracy by the Manufacturer) of the Manufacturer's Invoice for the Aircraft.
