Common use of Aircraft Records and Documents Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Records and Documents. In order to enable Lessor to prepare for the Final Inspection of the Aircraft pursuant to Subsection 16(f) above, Lessee agrees to make available to Lessor at a maintenance base of Lessee with adequate facilities for short-term maintenance, where the Final Inspection is to occur, not later than ten (10) days prior to the commencement of such Final Inspection, the Aircraft Records and Documents listed in Exhibit B hereto, together with such other documentation (including, without limitation, original airworthiness directive compliance documents and other work documents) regarding the condition, use, maintenance, or operation as Lessor may reasonably request or require to substantiate the status of the Aircraft.
