Aircraft Serial Number. Pilot In Command: Xxxxxxxx Helicopter Company requires that pilots ferrying R66 helicopters east from the RHC factory adhere to the following route to minimize liability risk and increase safety. This route is only for R66 helicopters flying eastbound. Only one passenger may fly on any R66 ferry flight. Follow the 91 Artesia Freeway to Riverside, then east on Highway 60 to Highway 10 through Banning Pass. Continue following Highway 10 through Blythe, CA, to Phoenix. Turn North on Highway 17 to Flagstaff, then East on Highway 40 through Gallup, NM - Albuquerque – Tucumcari, NM, and on to Amarillo, TX. After Amarillo, the route is at the pilot’s discretion. Please note that the cities listed above are for reference only and do not constitute gas stops, as more refueling points may be required. Numbers in parentheses represent the altitude above sea level. I have read and understand the RHC Approved Eastbound Route noted above and agree to strictly adhere to this route.
