Common use of Airfield Area Clause in Contracts

Airfield Area. The use of the Airfield Area and related facilities by Airline shall be limited to the following activities: 3.4.1 The servicing by Airline or others of Airline’s aircraft, including Airline’s servicing of its code-share partners and affiliates, and other equipment by truck or otherwise, with gasoline, fuel, or other propellants, de-icing or other supplies including food and beverages required by Airline. 3.4.2 The landing, taking off, flying, taxiing, towing, parking, loading or unloading of Airline’s aircraft or the aircraft of any other Air Carrier. 3.4.3 The loading and unloading of any property, cargo, mail, and carriage of employees, in properly designated facilities, by such motor vehicles or other manner of conveyance as Airline may require in the operation of an air transportation business. 3.4.4 The installation, maintenance and operation by Airline of aircraft air- conditioning equipment, auxiliary power, start-up and miscellaneous support equipment reasonably necessary for Airline’s operations and not otherwise provided by the Port. Any such equipment not reasonably required shall be promptly removed by Airline.
