Use of Airport. ‌ 3.1 The Lessee hereby expressly covenants and agrees that, throughout the Term, it shall only use the Demised Premises strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the OMDA.
Use of Airport. In common with others so authorized, Lessee shall have the use of the common areas of the Airport and its appurtenances, together with all facilities, equipment, improvements and services which have been, or may hereafter be, provided at or in connection with the Airport from time to time, including, without limiting the generality hereof and subject to the rules and regulations of Lessor promulgated in accordance with Article XI hereof, the landing field and any extensions thereof or additions thereto, passenger and cargo ramp areas and facilities, aircraft parking areas and facilities, roadways, runways, aprons, taxiways, sewage and water facilities, floodlights, landing lights, beacons, control tower, signals, radio aids, and all other conveniences for flying, landings and take-offs of aircraft of Lessee, which use, without limiting the generality hereof, shall include: 1. The right to operate thereat and therefrom a transportation system by aircraft for the carriage of persons, property, cargo and mail; 2. The right to repair, maintain, condition, service, test, park or store aircraft or other equipment of Lessee, or of any other scheduled air transportation company, or aircraft of the U.S. Armed Forces or the FAA within such areas as are designated by Lessor; provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business by Lessee, but shall permit Lessee to perform such functions as an incident to its conduct of Air Transportation; 3. The right to train, subject to rules and regulations as promulgated under Article XI hereof, on the Airport, personnel in the employ of or to be employed by Lessee or any scheduled air transportation company, or of the U.S. Armed Forces, or of the FAA, provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business by Lessee, but shall permit Lessee to perform such functions as an incident to its conduct of Air Transportation; 4. The right to sell, dispose of or exchange Lessee’s aircraft, engines, accessories, supplies or other personal property; provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business by Lessee, but shall permit such sales as an incident to its conduct of Air Transportation or accommodation to others engaged therein; 5. Use of Airport. When TNC Drivers are using the TNC Mobile App, Licensee shall allow such TNC Drivers to use Airport only in connection with operating TNC services between the Upper Departure level of the Airport’s Central Terminal Area (“CTA”) and such points as the City shall duly and regularly designate through the issuance of TNC License.
Use of Airport. Licensee shall be entitled to the non-exclusive use, in common with others so authorized, of the public and tarmac portion of the Airport, and appurtenances thereto, together with all facilities, equipment, improvements and services which have been or may hereafter be provided at or in connection with the Airport for common use. Licensee agrees to use the General Aviation Ramp for non-commercial personal business.
Use of Airport. Lessee is granted the use of the Airport, for aviation or aeronautical related activities and purposes, in common with others similarly authorized, together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services which have been or may hereafter be provided at, or in connection with, the Airport from time to time, including, without limitation, the landing field and any extensions thereof or additions thereto, roadways, runways, aprons, taxiways, sewage and water facilities, and all other conveniences for flying, landings and takeoffs. During the term of this Lease and any renewals, Lessee shall always have free and full right of ingress to and egress from the premises and facilities described herein for itself, its guests and other invitees subject to all applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, standards, policies and notices.
Use of Airport. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Airline shall have the right to conduct its Air Transportation Business at the Airport and to perform all operations and functions that are incidental or necessary to the conduct of such business at the Airport. Nothing in this Article shall be construed as authorizing Airline to conduct any business separate and apart from the conduct of its Air Transportation Business at the Airport. The Airline Premises and any other leased property subject to this Agreement shall be used only in the Air Transportation Business of the Airline. Any rights not specifically granted to Airline for its use of and operations at the Airport pursuant to this Agreement are hereby reserved for and to the County.

Use of Airport. As long as it does so in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, Airline, in common with all other scheduled airlines using the Airport, may utilize the Airport (other than the exclusive space of other tenants) and its facilities for the purpose of conducting Airline's business of a scheduled air carrier certificated or otherwise authorized by the United States Government to engage in the business of commercial air transportation of persons, property, cargo, and mail (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "air transportation business"). The privileges granted hereby include the following: A. The use of landing field areas, aprons, roadways, runways, taxiways, runway and taxiway lights, beacons, facilities, equipment, improvements, services and other conveniences for flying, landing, taxiing and takeoffs of aircraft. B. The landing, taking-off, flying, taxiing, towing, loading and unloading of aircraft and other equipment used by Airline in its operation of its air transportation business. C. The repairing, maintaining, conditioning, servicing, testing, including engine "runups" subject to Section 2.03.E. hereof, loading, unloading, parking and storing of aircraft or other equipment of Airline in areas on the Airport designated by the City for such purposes. D. The training of personnel in the employ of or to be employed by Airline including employees of Airline's contract service providers. E. The installation, maintenance and operation, at Airline's expense, by Airline alone, or in conjunction with any other airline or airlines who are lessees at the Airport or through a nominee, of radio, telephone, and data communications equipment and meteorological and aerial navigation equipment and facilities in or on the Leased Premises leased exclusively to Airline for use by Airline in the conduct of its air transportation business; provided, however, that any exterior installations shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Director. F. The selling, exchanging or disposing of gasoline, oil, grease, lubricants, fuels, or propellants for use by Airline in connection with the conduct of its air transportation business (in compliance with existing laws and any applicable agreement therefor). The purchasing or otherwise obtaining of services or personal property of any nature including aircraft, engines, accessories, gasoline, oil, greases, lubricants, fuels, propellants, food, beverages, and other equipment or supplies necessary to Airline in t...
Use of Airport. When TNC Drivers are using the TNC Mobile App, Licensee shall allow such TNC Drivers to use Airport property only in connection with transportation services permitted by this License and do so only to pick-up or drop-off of passengers on the Airport’s Central Terminal Area (“CTA”) Upper Departure Level, except when (i) directed to use other Airport locations in emergency circumstances by law enforcement or Airport authorities, (ii) authorized by the Chief Executive Officer in his or her sole discretion by prior written notice to Licensee to use the CTA Lower Arrivals Level, which authorization may be limited to certain times of day, days weeks, or months among other restrictions or (iii) in circumstances when a passenger seeking a TNC Vehicle assignment has indicated he or she is disabled and has a wheelchair or other mobility device in which circumstance a TNC Driver is permitted to pick-up the requesting passenger at the ADA “Access” pick-up location on the CTA Lower Arrivals Level roadway location closest to the terminal from which the passenger has emerged.
Use of Airport. Lessee is also granted the non-exclusive right to utilize such Airport runways, taxiways, taxi lanes, and public use aprons ("airfield areas"), and such other rights-of- way and access across the Airport ("Airport rights-of-way") as necessary for ingress and egress to the Premises, and to the extent necessary to enable Lessee to provide the Permitted Uses from the Premises. Lessee's use of said airfield areas and other Airport rights-of-way shall be on a non- exclusive, non-preferential basis with other authorized users thereof. Lessee shall abide by all directives of the GJRAA, the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”), and any other governmental entity having jurisdiction over the Airport governing Lessee's use of said airfield areas and other Airport rights-of-way, either alone or in conjunction with other authorized users thereof.
