Use of Airport. In common with others so authorized, Lessee shall have the use of the common areas of the Airport and its appurtenances, together with all facilities, equipment, improvements and services which have been, or may hereafter be, provided at or in connection with the Airport from time to time, including, without limiting the generality hereof and subject to the rules and regulations of Lessor promulgated in accordance with Article XI hereof, the landing field and any extensions thereof or additions thereto, passenger and cargo ramp areas and facilities, aircraft parking areas and facilities, roadways, runways, aprons, taxiways, sewage and water facilities, floodlights, landing lights, beacons, control tower, signals, radio aids, and all other conveniences for flying, landings and take-offs of aircraft of Lessee, which use, without limiting the generality hereof, shall include:
1. The right to operate thereat and therefrom a transportation system by aircraft for the carriage of persons, property, cargo and mail;
2. The right to repair, maintain, condition, service, test, park or store aircraft or other equipment of Lessee, or of any other scheduled air transportation company, or aircraft of the U.S. Armed Forces or the FAA within such areas as are designated by Lessor; provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business by Lessee, but shall permit Lessee to perform such functions as an incident to its conduct of Air Transportation;
3. The right to train, subject to rules and regulations as promulgated under Article XI hereof, on the Airport, personnel in the employ of or to be employed by Lessee or any scheduled air transportation company, or of the U.S. Armed Forces, or of the FAA, provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business by Lessee, but shall permit Lessee to perform such functions as an incident to its conduct of Air Transportation;
4. The right to sell, dispose of or exchange Lessee's aircraft, engines, accessories, supplies or other personal property; provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business by Lessee, but shall permit such sales as an incident to its conduct of Air Transportation or accommodation to others engaged therein;

Use of Airport.
3.1 The Lessee hereby expressly covenants and agrees that, throughout the Term, it shall only use the Demised Premises strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the OMDA.
Use of Airport. Lessee is granted the use of the Airport, for aviation or aeronautical related activities and purposes, in common with others similarly authorized, together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services which have been or may hereafter be provided at, or in connection with, the Airport from time to time, including, without limitation, the landing field and any extensions thereof or additions thereto, roadways, runways, aprons, taxiways, sewage and water facilities, and all other conveniences for flying, landings and takeoffs. During the term of this Lease and any renewals, Lessee shall always have free and full right of ingress to and egress from the premises and facilities described herein for itself, its guests and other invitees subject to all applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, standards, policies and notices.
Use of Airport. When TNC Drivers are using the TNC Mobile App, Licensee shall allow such TNC Drivers to use Airport only in connection with operating TNC services between the Upper Departure level of the Airport’s Central Terminal Area (“CTA”) and such points as the City shall duly and regularly designate through the issuance of TNC License.
Use of Airport. Licensee shall be entitled to the non-exclusive use, in common with others so authorized, of the public and tarmac portion of the Airport, and appurtenances thereto, together with all facilities, equipment, improvements and services which have been or may hereafter be provided at or in connection with the Airport for common use. Licensee agrees to use the General Aviation Ramp for non-commercial personal business.
Use of Airport. ISSUED IDENTIFICATION (ID) MEDIA: The Parties understand that once the requested airport-issued ID media has been issued:
1. Entry to the sterile area will be through a screening checkpoint after submission to TSA screening.
a. Bargaining unit employees in possession of TSA-issued ID media may, to the extent permitted by the applicable Airport Security Program, use their existing TSA-issued ID media when sterile area access is necessary to engage in union-related activities and perform representational duties (on or off duty) on behalf of a bargaining unit employee.
2. ID media issued to AFGE representatives will be included in each local TSA unit’s annua l audit of ID media.
3. AFGE representatives who have received airport-issued ID media and who end their association with AFGE will follow the airport authority/operator rules for immediate return of the airport-issued ID media. AFGE national headquarters will provide regular updates to TSA of changes to representatives.
Use of Airport. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Airline shall have the right to conduct its Air Transportation Business at the Airport and to perform all operations and functions that are incidental or necessary to the conduct of such business at the Airport. Nothing in this Article shall be construed as authorizing Airline to conduct any business separate and apart from the conduct of its Air Transportation Business at the Airport. The Airline Premises and any other leased property subject to this Agreement shall be used only in the Air Transportation Business of the Airline. Any rights not specifically granted to Airline for its use of and operations at the Airport pursuant to this Agreement are hereby reserved for and to the County.
Use of Airport. Airline shall have the right to use Airport, in common with others so authorized, for the purpose of conducting its Air Transportation Business, subject, however, to the covenants, terms and conditions of this Agreement, the requirements of applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and the rules, policies, procedures and directives of Authority. In connection with Airline’s use of the Airport, Airline may perform functions and conduct operations at the Airport reasonably necessary to conduct its Air Transportation Business. In accordance with the foregoing, Airline’s right of use of the Airport shall include, but not be limited to, the following specific rights:
A. The right to land and takeoff its aircraft on Airport runways;
B. The right to move its aircraft on the ground on Airport taxiways and taxi-lanes;
C. The right to process enplaning and deplaning passengers in the Terminals and adjacent locations as designated by Authority for such use;
D. The right to park, load, unload, service, cater, fuel, tug, tow, and repair its aircraft, or aircraft of its Affiliates, in areas designated by Authority for such use;
E. The right to purchase fuels, lubricants and any other goods and services required by Airline for the conduct of its Air Transportation Business at Airport, from any approved supplier, contractor or other airline holding an agreement from Authority to provide such services to others at Airport, subject to the provisions of this Agreement;
F. The right to operate radio equipment necessary to conduct its Air Transportation Business;
G. The right to perform training of employees;
H. The right to provide sky cap services; and
I. The right to maintain such portable equipment and facilities as may be required for the handling of passengers and cargo and ramp servicing of its aircraft in such locations as may be designated from time to time by the President/CEO. Provided, however, Airline is not permitted to store maintenance parts and supplies or any other items unrelated to ramp servicing or loading of aircraft on the Airfield Area. Airline acknowledges that the Airline Leased Premises may include a portion of property that may be used by other persons under agreement with Authority and agrees that in all uses of the Airline Leased Premises it will recognize the rights of such other persons and so conduct its activities as not materially to interfere in any way with such rights of other persons.
Use of Airport. LESSEE shall have the right to use the AIRPORT and its appurtenances including, but not limited to, the landing field, runways, aprons, taxiways, sewage and water facilities, floodlights, landing lights, control tower, signals, radio aids, and all conveniences for flying, landing and takeoffs of aircraft of LESSEE, which shall include: LESSEE’s right to operate a transportation system by aircraft for the carriage of persons, property, cargo, and mail, including without limitation, the landing, take off, parking, servicing, repairing, storing, testing, loading and unloading of LESSEE's aircraft; the right to load and unload persons, property, cargo and mail at the AIRPORT by such motor cars, buses, trucks or other means of conveyance as LESSEE may require in the conduct of its business; and the right to install, maintain, use and operate such fuel, radio communications, meteorological and aerial navigation equipment and facilities, in, on, or about the Premises herein leased as may be deemed necessary by LESSEE for its operations, as well as the right to install advertising signs, and the conduct of any other operation or activity reasonably necessary to the conduct by LESSEE of air transportation or training.
