Airfield Maintenance Clause Samples

Airfield Maintenance. The Airports Authority reserves the right (but shall not be obligated to the Contractor) to maintain and keep in repair the airfield of the Airport and all publicly owned facilities of the Airport, together with the right to direct and control all activities of Contractor in this regard. The Airports Authority shall have the right to inspect the Contractor and the Premises to establish proof of currency of all licenses, compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and standards with which Contractor is required to comply.
Airfield Maintenance. The Authority reserves the right (but shall not be obligated to Lessee) to maintain and keep in repair the airfield of the Airport and all publicly owned facilities of the Airport, together with the right to direct and control all activities of Lessee in this regard. The Authority shall have the right to inspect Lessee’s Premises to establish proof of currency of all licenses, compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and standards with which Lessee is required to comply.
Airfield Maintenance. Lessor reserves the right, but shall not be obligated to Lessee, to maintain and keep in repair the landing area of the Airport and all publicly owned facilities of the Airport, together with the rights to direct and control all activities of Lessee in this regard.
Airfield Maintenance. Operator is authorized to and shall maintain, repair and keep in good working order all runways, tarmacs, taxiways, and other areas of the Airport Movement Area. More specifically, Operator shall be required to undertake, at a minimum, the maintenance obligations set forth in Exhibit D.
