Airline Equipment and Furnishings. Airline agrees that it will, at its own expense, furnish, decorate, insure and provide necessary specialized furnishings and Airline Equipment for its own Airline operations at all areas of the Airline’s Leased Premises, to the extent that such furnishings and equipment are not otherwise provided by City for use by Airline as Proprietary Equipment, as set forth in this Agreement. Such furnishings and equipment provided by Airline shall be (i) kept neat, clean and in presentable appearance, (ii) maintained in good working condition and (iii) subject to the prior approval of City, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
