Common use of Airport Access Clause in Contracts

Airport Access. Occupant has the privilege of using the public portions of the airport, such as runways and other public facilities, under such terms, ordinances, rules and regulations as now exist or may be enacted by City, and subject to charges for such use as may be established by City, by ordinance or agreement with occupant.
