A runway, taxiway, hardstand, air traffic control towers, ramp control towers, service roads, infrastructure, and other navigation, communication, operational, security, and landing facilities and aids that support the landing, take off, movement, and parking of aircraft at an airport. Airport Cargo Facilities A building, hardstand, and other facilities used for the on- or off-loading of air cargo on aircraft, the consolidation of air cargo for the loading of aircraft, transload of air cargo for vehicle distribution to customers, and the transfer of air cargo between vehicles and aircraft.
