Common use of Airport Hazards Clause in Contracts

Airport Hazards. TENANT by accepting this Agreement agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, that it shall not make use of the Premises in any manner which may interfere with the landing and taking off of aircraft from the Airport or otherwise constitute a hazard. In the event this Agreement Term is breached, LANDLORD reserves the right to enter upon the Premises and cause the abatement of such interference at the expense of TENANT without liability to LANDLORD of any kind.
