Flood Hazard Insurance. None of the improvements on any related Mortgaged Property are located in a flood hazard area as defined by the Federal Insurance Administration or, if any portion of the improvements on the related Mortgaged Property are in an area identified in the Federal Register by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood hazards falling within zones A or V in the national flood insurance program, the Mortgagor has obtained and is required to maintain flood insurance.
Flood Hazard Insurance. A policy of flood insurance, as required by applicable governmental regulations, or as deemed necessary by Lender, in an amount required by Lender, but in no event less than the amount sufficient to meet the requirements of applicable law and governmental regulation.
Flood Hazard Insurance. With respect to each parcel of real property required to be subject to a Mortgage, the Administrative Agent has received (a) such flood hazard certifications, notices and confirmations thereof, and effective flood hazard insurance policies as are described in Schedule 6.14(d) with respect to real property collateral on the Closing Date, (b) all flood hazard insurance policies required hereunder have been obtained and remain in full force and effect, and the premiums thereon have been paid in full, and (c) except as the Borrower has previously given written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent, there has been no redesignation of any real property into or out of a special flood hazard area.
Flood Hazard Insurance. With respect to each Collateral Property as to which a Security Instrument has been delivered, the Administrative Agent has received (a) such flood hazard certifications, notices and confirmations thereof, and effective flood hazard insurance policies as described in Annex I, (b) all flood hazard insurance policies required hereunder have been obtained and remain in full force and effect, and the premiums thereon have been paid in full, and (c) except as the Borrower has previously given written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent, there has been no redesignation of any Collateral Property into or out of a special flood hazard area.
Flood Hazard Insurance. A policy of flood insurance, as required by applicable governmental regulations or as deemed reasonably necessary by Administrative Agent.
Flood Hazard Insurance. With respect to each parcel of real property owned by a Credit Party subject to a Mortgage and located in the United States (and no such parcel exists as of the Closing Date), all flood hazard insurance policies required hereunder have been obtained and remain in full force and effect, and the premiums thereon have been paid in accordance with the requirements hereunder.
Flood Hazard Insurance. If all or any part of the Improvements is to be located in an area having "special flood hazard", a flood insurance policy naming Bank as a loss payee must be submitted to Bank. Satisfactory evidence of premium payments must be provided.

If the Property is in a flood hazard zone, a policy of flood insurance, as required by applicable governmental regulations, or as deemed necessary by Administrative Agent, in an amount required by Administrative Agent, but in no event less than the amount sufficient to meet the requirements of applicable law and governmental regulation.

Flood hazard insurance if any portion of the Improvements is currently or at any time in the future located in a federally designated "Special Flood Hazard Area" and in which flood insurance has been made available under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (and any successor thereto) in an amount that reasonably assures that there will be sufficient proceeds to replace the Improvements and the FF&E in the event of a loss against which such insurance is issued, with limits and deductibles acceptable to Landlord.
Flood Hazard Insurance. None of the improvements on any related Mortgaged Property are located in a flood hazard area as defined by the Federal Insurance Administration or, if any portion of the improvements on the related Mortgaged Property are in an area identified in the Federal Register by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood hazards falling within zones A or V in the national flood insurance program, the Mortgagor has obtained and is required to maintain flood insurance. Engineering Assessments. One or more engineering assessments or updates of a previously conducted engineering assessment were performed by an Independent engineering consulting firm with respect to each related Mortgaged Property during the 12-month period preceding the Cut-off Date, and the Seller, having made no independent inquiry other than to review the report(s) prepared in connection with such assessment(s) and or update(s), does not have any knowledge of any material and adverse engineering condition or circumstance affecting such Mortgaged Property that was not disclosed in such report(s); and, to the extent such assessments revealed deficiencies, deferred maintenance or similar conditions, either (A) the estimated cost has been escrowed or a letter of credit has been provided, (B) repairs have been made or (C) the scope of the deferred maintenance relative to the value of such Mortgaged Property was de minimis.
