Airports Authority Issuance of Rules and Regulations. The Airports Authority shall have the right to prescribe, in its sole discretion, such reasonable rules and regulations that in the Airports Authority’s reasonable judgment are necessary or appropriate for the general well-being, safety, security, care, and cleanliness of the Airport.
