Airworthiness Directives Documentation a) The Aircraft shall have all records associated with A.D. compliance: i) A complete and current applicable A.D. status list of the Airframe and each appliance, Engine and APU Airworthiness Directive applicable to the Aircraft. This list shall include, but not be limited to: (1) A.D. number and revision number; (2) A.D. title; (3) Aircraft serial number, Engine serial number, APU serial number, appliance serial number, as applicable; (4) Engineering documentation reference; (5) Manufacturer’s Service Bulletin reference and cross-references where appropriate; (6) Specify terminated or repetitive status; (7) Date of initial accomplishment; (8) Date of last maintenance accomplishment, if repetitive; (9) Name and serial number of the internal maintenance form used to document accomplishment, if applicable; (10) The means by which compliance was accomplished (e.g., modified, repaired, inspected); (11) Details of any alternate means of compliance, including references, intervals, and applicability; b) The list shall be typed, certified and signed by an authorized quality assurance representative of last operator at Delivery or of Lessee at Redelivery, and countersigned by Lessee at Delivery or by Lessor at Redelivery; c) Legible copies of the dirty fingerprint work card completion documents that accomplish each A.D. If the A.D. is a repetitive inspection, documentation of the last accomplishment is sufficient. These documents must have date of accomplishment, signature of a certified mechanic and/or inspector, and/or the mechanics/inspector’s certificate number or repair station number of the mechanic accomplishing the work. The document must reference the A.D. number and the operator’s internal maintenance form used to document accomplishment of the A.D; d) Exemptions or deviations granted by the Aviation Authority (or other applicable civil aviation authority with jurisdiction over the Aircraft) on A.D. compliance, including copy of exemption request; and e) Items c) and d) will be provided in document packages for each A.D. Each package will contain all documents relative to the A.D./Aircraft combination, and include copies of the AD.

Manufacturer's Service Bulletin references and cross-references where appropriate. f. Specify terminated or repetitive status. g. Date of initial accomplishment, h. State means by which compliance was accomplished (e.g. modified, repaired, inspected). The list shall be typed, certified and signed by authorized quality assurance representative of previous operator. 2. Legible copies of the completion documents that accomplish each A.D. If the A.D. is a repetitive inspection, documentation of the last accomplishment, signature of a certified mechanic and / or inspector, and the mechanic's / inspector's certificate number or repair station number of the mechanic accomplishing the work. The document must reference the A.D. number and company authorization, which covered the AD. 3. Exemptions or deviations granted by the FAA (or equivalent) to Lessor on AD compliance, including copy of exemption request. 4. Items 2 and 3 will be provided in individual document packages for each AD Each package will contain all documents relative to that AD / Aircraft combination.

LESSOR will provide legible copies of the completion documentation that accomplish each AD. If the AD is a repetitive inspection documentation, the last accomplishment is sufficient. If the original completion documents are not available, LESSOR shall provide at a minimum a copy of the job card or engineering order that accomplished the AD plus a certification letter signed by Lufthansa's airworthiness department stating that the AD in question was accomplished at a certain time and cycles, date and reference all pertinent support documentation (ie. engineering order, alternate means of compliance, etc.). However, any AD that was complied with by an alternate means of compliance must have all original documentation and necessary air authority approvals. 3. Exemptions or deviations granted by the FAA (or equivalent) to Lufthansa on A.D. compliance, including copy of exemption request.

This list shall be provided in a format acceptable to Lessor and shall include: (i) A.D. and revision number; (ii) A.D. title; (iii) Specification whether the AD is applicable, terminated or repetitive and stated means by which compliance was accomplished (e.g. modified, repaired, inspected); (iv) Date of accomplishment and\or of last maintenance accomplishment if repetitive and state next “inspection due date/time”; (v) Manufacturers’ Service Bulletin references, engineering documentation references and cross references where appropriate; (vi) Name and number of the internal maintenance form or work order used to document accomplishment. The list shall be typed, certified and signed by an authorised quality assurance representative in compliance with the applicable regulatory body of Lessee or by Lessee’s Authorised Repairer quality assurance inspector. (b) Legible copies of the work instruction/completion documents that accomplish each AD. If the AD is a repetitive inspection, documentation of the last accomplishment is sufficient. These documents must have date of accomplishment, signature of a certified mechanic and/or inspector, and the mechanic’s/inspector’s certificate number or repair station number of the mechanic accomplishing the work. The document must reference the AD number and company authorisation which covered the AD. (c) Exemptions or deviations granted by the FAA and/or EASA (or equivalent) to Lessee on AD compliance, including copy of exemption request.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.
