Akcea Assistance. If requested by Novartis, Akcea will provide Novartis with a timely and reasonable level of assistance in connection with such Licensed Know-How under Section 5.7.1 and Section 5.7.2. Novartis will compensate Akcea in accordance with Section 7.10 for Akcea’s and its Affiliates’ activities conducted under Section 5.7.1 and Section 5.7.2.
