Akouos Owns. Akouos shall own all right, title and interest in all Akouos Intellectual Property conceived by employees or individuals working for the benefit of Akouos and/or its Affiliates, either solely or jointly, during and in the course of the Agreement, including any intellectual property that is an improvement of, or derivative of, any Akouos Intellectual Property.
