ALADDIN GAMING TO PERFORM OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the FF&E Agent, GE Capital and the Participants shall continue to look solely to Aladdin Gaming for the performance of all obligations under the Facilities Agreement and the Operative Documents.
