Common use of Alaris Software Modifications and Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Alaris Software Modifications and Upgrades. 5.1 Alaris will provide Version releases (Major and Minor), Software Patches and telephone assistance of a technical nature on Alaris software only. Alaris may issue Version releases or Patches and/or provide for on-site services necessary to correct errors that significantly affect software performance in accordance with Alaris’ Software Product operating specifications. Unless documentation states otherwise, support will be provided for the current and previous version release of the Alaris software.
