To access, view, and retain electronic communications from us, the computer or mobile device you are using must meet the following minimum requirements: • An Internet connection (Note: Dial-up connections are not supported, and satellite cable connections often have difficulty supporting encrypted applications.); • A recent generation secure internet browser that is being supported by its publisher, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox; • A supported program that accurately reads and displays PDF files; • A valid email address that you have provided to us (for each account owner); • A computer or mobile device with an operating system capable of supporting all of the above; and • Sufficient storage space to save Communications or an installed printer to print them. You are responsible for ensuring that your devices meet the hardware and software requirements above. We reserve the right to discontinue providing access to Communications through any hardware or software that, in our sole opinion, suffers from a security flaw or other flaw that makes it unsuitable for use. We will notify you if there are any material changes to the hardware or software needed to receive electronic Communications from us. Continuing to access the Online Services after receiving notice of such a change is reaffirmation of your consent.

The Customer understands that in order to receive electronic deliveries, the Customer must have access to a computer or Mobile Device with Internet access, a valid e-mail address, and the ability to download such applications as the Broker may specify and to which the Customer has access. We may reject Images that you transmit to us with an unapproved Capture Device or by other means to which we have not given our consent. Any Capture Device that you use to transmit Images to us pursuant to this Agreement must be approved by us. We may change the list of approved Capture Devices from time to time. You are responsible for the security of the Capture Device, and for allowing its use only by individuals authorized by you. You agree to implement and maintain specific internal security controls to protect the Capture Device and customer information. We may require that you implement and maintain additional specific controls, and we may notify you of those controls and amend them from time to time. You are responsible for all costs of using the Service and operating the Capture Device, including, but not limited to telephone and internet service charges. You are responsible for maintaining the system’s capacity and connectivity required for use of the Service. We reserve the right to change the hardware and software minimum requirements at any time and for any reason without any notice to you.
