Alcohol and Drug Services. In accordance with the Child Abuse Prevention and Reporting section of this Agreement, Contractor agrees as follows: Each applicant for employment or a volunteer position at Contractor’s program who will have a supervisory or disciplinary power over a minor or any person under his or her care will be fingerprinted in order to determine whether they have a criminal history which would compromise the safety of such minor(s) or person(s) under his or her care. (Penal Code 11105.3(a), as amended in 1990 by AB 2617). All fingerprinting will be at Contractor’s sole expense.
