Alerting System. An alerting system would inform a user on developments happening in the internet: Mentioning of persons in newspapers, alerting users for new business developments, opinion mining on the features of a newly launched product etc. Such a system would essentially require the following building blocks: • a web crawler, to identify relevant documents (like newspaper articles, blog contributions etc.) • a normalisation component to extract good text from the web documents • a segmentation of the text into sentences and tokens • lemmatisation, to find the lexical items • tagging for a shallow syntactic description of the input sentences • named entity recognition, to identify the information objects of interest (persons, products etc.), and possibly an opinion mining component which detects the opinions of the users on the identified objects. In case the result matches a given alerting scheme the users are informed about this new document. Such a system could be extended into the multilingual domain, meaning that many monolingual applications would run in parallel. It could be imagined that PANACEA tools would be used to extend the language coverage of such an existing application. Such a workflow should be supported by PANACEA; however it will not be systematically evaluated in WP 81.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software).   • Accounting System Maintain a system of accounting that enables Borrower to produce financial statements in accordance with GAAP and maintain records pertaining to the Collateral that contain information as from time to time reasonably may be requested by Agent. Borrower also shall keep a reporting system that shows all additions, sales, claims, returns, and allowances with respect to its and its Subsidiaries’ sales.

  • Usage Statistics The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will provide access to both composite system-wide use data and itemized data for the Licensee, the Participating Institutions, individual campuses and labs, on a monthly basis. The statistics shall meet or exceed the most recent project Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources ("COUNTER") Code of Practice Release,3 including but not limited to its provisions on customer confidentiality. When a release of a new COUNTER Code of Practice is issued, the Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will comply with the implementation time frame specified by COUNTER to provide usage statistics in the new standard format. It is more than desirable that the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) Protocol4 is available for the Licensee to harvest the statistics.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).
