All Disclosed Data Subject to FERPA. The LEA agrees and understands that all copies of or information derived from records or data disclosed to the LEA pursuant to this agreement, of any type and in any form or format are also subject to this Agreement and the FERPA, and that such copies and related information must be protected and kept confidential in the same manner as the originally provided data.
