  • Public Records Law The Contractor shall assist the County in fulfilling all obligations of the County under the Washington Public Records Act (chapter 42.56 of the Revised Code of Washington). In the event that the Contractor fails to fulfill its obligations pursuant to this section and due in whole or in part to such failure a court of competent jurisdiction imposes a penalty upon the County for violation of the Public Records Act, Contractor shall indemnify the County for that penalty, as well as for all costs and attorney fees incurred by the County in the litigation giving rise to such a penalty. The obligations created by this section shall survive the termination of this contract.

  • Provisions for Covered Entity to Inform Business Associate of Privacy Practices and Restrictions (a) Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any limitation(s) in the notice of privacy practices of Covered Entity under 45 CFR 164.520, to the extent that such limitation may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of protected health information.

  • Amendments and Rights Under the Federal Power Act This Interconnection Service Agreement may be amended or supplemented only by a written instrument duly executed by all Interconnection Parties. An amendment to the Interconnection Service Agreement shall become effective and a part of this Interconnection Service Agreement upon satisfaction of all Applicable Laws and Regulations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Interconnection Service Agreement shall be construed as affecting in any way any of the rights of any Interconnection Party with respect to changes in applicable rates or charges under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act and/or FERC’s rules and regulations thereunder, or any of the rights of any Interconnection Party under Section 206 of the Federal Power Act and/or FERC's rules and regulations thereunder.
