All Financial Statements. A. Contractor shall submit Medi-Cal financial reports, including financial information for Adult Expansion Members. Contractor shall submit financial reports to DHCS no later than 120 calendar days after the close of the following periods: 1) January 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 (18 months); and 2) July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 (12 months) B. Contractor shall prepare all financial information requested by DHCS in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
