An amendment of or waiver or consent in relation to any term of any Finance Document that has the effect of changing or which relates to: (a) the definition of “Majority Lenders” in Clause 1.1 (Definitions); (b) a postponement to or extension of the date of payment of any amount under the Finance Documents;
