All notices, including but not limited to offers, counteroffers, acceptances, amendments, demands, notices of termination and other notices, required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing, signed by the party giving the notice. It is the intent of the parties that the requirements of this Notice paragraph shall apply even prior to this Agreement becoming binding.
