Common use of All of Contractor Clause in Contracts

All of Contractor. s rights and privileges arising from the indemnities contained in Clause 12 and Clause 14 and the limitation of liability under this Clause 21 shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Agreement, and said indemnities are expressly made for the benefit of and shall be enforceable by Contractor Group, its successors and assigns.
