All Other Classifications. Each employee who was employed in the bargaining unit on July 1, 2018 and who remains employed in the bargaining unit on the date of ratification of this renewal agreement will receive a one-time lump sum payment of $750, less applicable deductions. This lump sum payment will not be applied to the base hourly rate. A scale increase of 1.25% will be applied to the base hourly rates outlined in Article 13.01.2 below, with the exception of the Caretaker classification.
