Increments. A regular employee shall be entitled to increments based on a year’s length of service subject to Article 37 Leave – General.
Increments. (a) Regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall move to the increment step indicated by calendar length of service with the Employer. (b) All employees affected by this Agreement shall automatically move to the pay rate bracket indicated in accordance with their service with the Employer.
