All Other Rights Reserved, Further Assurances. Except as expressly set forth herein or in the Order Form or a Schedule, all Intellectual Property Rights are expressly reserved by the parties. The Firm or the Provider, as applicable, shall execute and deliver such instruments and take such other steps as may be requested by the Provider or the Firm, as applicable, from time to time in order to give effect to the provisions of this Article.
